All fee structures are fully compliant with California AB 2992 and detailed in our branded Concierge Buyer Representation Agreement.

A total advisory fee (e.g., 2.5%) is established. Seller-offered compensation is credited first; you cover any shortfall, often negotiated as a seller concession.
